Our working method
1. Introductory meeting
Every collaboration begins with a no-obligation introductory meeting, which you can easily request through our website. During this conversation, we’ll talk through your vision, expectations, schedule, and any initial questions you may have. It’s also a great opportunity to get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit; we want you to feel completely comfortable and excited about working with us.
2. Detailed discussion
About a month before the wedding, we’ll meet again for a more in-depth planning session. We’ll go over your timeline, key moments, locations, and any special requests. This is the perfect time to share specific ideas or personal touches you’d like to include. With your input, we’ll create a customized plan to ensure everything runs smoothly and nothing is missed.
3. At your wedding
We arrive early to capture the full story of your day — from the quiet moments to the big celebrations. We also take time to connect with your parents and close family, as they’re an important part of your story too. Throughout the day, we collaborate closely with your photographer to ensure you’re captured beautifully from every angle.
4. The revival
As married couples ourselves, we know how hard it can be to wait for your wedding film! Creating something truly special takes time, but we aim to deliver your finished film within 12–16 weeks. To help ease the wait, we’ll send a short teaser with a few highlights shortly after the big day.
5. Feedback and revisions
Once you’ve watched your wedding film, we’ll schedule a feedback session. This is your chance to share your thoughts and request any final adjustments. We want your film to feel just right; a true reflection of your story and your style.
